At Homes4Birds, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent refund and return policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at ana@yahoo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to our return address in Cluj, ensuring it is properly packaged.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
